Terms & Conditions — Delivery Manager BD

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Delivery Manager BD, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

Delivery Manager BD is a software platform that helps shop owners manage orders, customers, courier bookings, cash-on-delivery (COD) reconciliation and inventory. We are not a courier company; deliveries are fulfilled by third-party courier services you connect to your account.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including order and customer details.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and courier API keys confidential.
You must be authorised to use any courier account credentials you connect to the platform.

4. Subscription & Billing

Some features may be available on paid subscription plans. Plan limits, pricing and billing cycles will be presented to you before you upgrade. Continued use of a paid plan authorises recurring billing until you cancel.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
Do not attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
Do not interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation.

6. Third-Party Couriers

Courier booking, pickup and delivery are performed by Pathao, RedX, Steadfast or other connected providers under their own terms of service. We are not responsible for delays, losses or damages caused by a courier's performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
